Menies Beach
Menies Beach is a beautiful isolated beach where we will make a stop for swimming and snorkelling through turquise waters and relax. The majestic rocks combined with the wild nature’s beauty compose a heaven on earth. We will also explore the surrounding area where we can find the ruins of Saint Georges Temple which is dated to 530 B.C. and explore the ancient city of Diktinna with the temple of Vritomartis, which was named after the Minoan goddess and daughter of Zeus who was worshiped in ancient times. Underwater some remains of the 2nd World War such us a carriage increase the historical importance of the area too.
Hironisia Bay
Hironisia is a small bay with crystal clear waters accesible only by the sea. There you can discover many sea caves which has been naturally created in the course of time, or simply lounge in the Cretan sunshine delight in the unique surroundings.
