General information

Falassarna

Falassarna is thought to have been a pirate haven. Consequently, the Romans destroyed the city in 69 BC and permanently closed the port. As a result, the town never recovered its former glory and was abandoned in the 4th century AD.

A delightful and joyful experience begins shortly after lunch. We will drive along the northern coastal road, allowing you to admire the cosmopolitan areas of Agia Marina and Platanias, as well as charming small settlements with vibrant flowers. Our first stop is Falassarna beach, where we will enjoy a pleasant and refreshing swim in the clear blue waters of the longest beach.
Before sunset, we will head to a tavern with a panoramic view for a wild feast accompanied by traditional music! Feel free to dance with us if you wish
